  • Eligibility for Return: Rackets can be returned within 15 days of purchase if unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including plastic wrapping and tags.

  • Conditions: If the racket has been used, modified, or shows signs of wear, it will not be eligible for return or refund.

2. Balls

  • Eligibility for Return: Balls can only be returned if unopened and unused in their original packaging within 7 days of purchase.
  • Non-Refundable: Opened or used balls are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and performance concerns.
  • Refund Options: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

3. Bags and Backpacks

  • Eligibility for Return: Bags and backpacks can be returned within 15 days if unused and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Refund Options: A full refund or exchange is available after inspection.
  • Conditions: Any damage, stains, or missing parts will make the item ineligible for a return or refund.

4. Shoes

  • Eligibility for Return: Shoes can be returned within 15 days if unworn and in their original box with tags intact.
  • Conditions: Shoes showing signs of wear or damage are not eligible for return.
  • Refund Options: A refund or exchange will be offered based on availability.

5. Accessories

  • Eligibility for Return: Accessories such as grips, overgrips, wristbands, or other similar items can be returned within 7 days if unopened and unused.
  • Non-Refundable: Opened or used accessories are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Refund Options: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the return inspection.

General Conditions

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation must be provided for all returns and refunds.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Faulty or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or full refund.
