Shipping Charges
- Standard Delivery: A flat fee of 150 MUR is applied to all orders below 1900 MUR.
- Free Delivery: Orders totaling 1 900 MUR or more qualify for free delivery.

- Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. You can monitor your shipment status via the courier's website or contact our customer service for updates.
Delivery Areas
- We deliver across Mauritius, including both urban and rural areas. However, delivery to certain remote locations may require additional time or incur extra charges. We will notify you in such cases.
Order Handling
- All products are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your order includes fragile items, additional protective packaging will be used.
- If you have any specific delivery instructions, please provide them during the checkout process.
Failed Deliveries
- If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
- Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address.
Delays and Exceptions
- While we strive to meet the 72-hour delivery timeline, certain situations like public holidays, weather disruptions, or remote locations may cause slight delays.
- If your order is delayed beyond the promised time frame, we will contact you to provide updates and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team at support@padelshop.mu. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
